Hi! I'm Geoff Miller. I'm 36 years old. My wife Seema and I live in Chicago after two years in Singapore. I lead the digital team for The Marketing Store. Seema is a planning director for Leo Burnett. Seema and I met while we were both earning master's degrees in Advertising at the University of Illinois.
January 2007: We boomeranged back to Chicago to work at The Marketing Store and BBDO. Liam is starting school in September and learning how to read and ride a bike.
July 2005: Seema and I both landed jobs in Asia. Seema is the planning director at Leo Burnett Singapore and I'm the Regional Business Director on Nokia for XM Asia in SIngapore and Beijing.
August 2003: I started the interactive team at The Marketing Store, working primarily on McDonald's.
March 2003: We had our first child, Liam. William Pranav Miller was born on March 2nd and is now travelling all over the world. Check out WheresLiam.com.
September 2002: chemistri has evolved into iLeo.
December 2001: We went on safari in South Africa as well as driving from Cape Town down the coast to the Cape of Good Hope.
November 2000: Seema started at Leo Burnett as an Account Planner on Nintendo and now works on Kellogg's.
October 2000: I was promoted to a Senior Producer at chemistri. Seema's sister Premamala visited us for the month – her first trip to the US. We also purchased a new 2001 Volkswagen Jetta.
September 2000: Capps Digital Garage has evolved into chemistri.
August 2000: We sold our Marina City condo and bought a loft in Bucktown, which is about four miles from downtown Chicago. Take a 360° virtual tour of the place to see what it looks like now and just before we moved in:
February 2000: We traveled to India again, visiting Bangalore, Puttiparthi, and Seema's sister Prem and parents Ram and Punitha in Madras.
February 1999: We returned from our trip to London, Amsterdam, Paris, Milan and Venice.
November 1998: We bought our condo at Marina City. Woo hoo!
August 1998: I started work at Capps Digital as a multimedia producer.
July 1998: Seema started work at Euro RSCG Tatham as an account planner.
 June 6, 1998: We were married for the third time in my home town of Tuscola, Illinois in the clubhouse at the Ironhorse Golf Course. We had a religious wedding; we had a legal wedding; and it was time for a fun ceremony. The slip-n-slide got pretty cold after dark at the reception, but ten people were game for the challenge. We honeymooned in Napa Valley in California.
November 24, 1997: We were officially married in the United States for the second time at the Justice of the Peace in downtown Chicago!
October 1997: Seema finally arrived here in Chicago. Woo hoo!
August 17, 1997: Shivamala Ramalingam and I were married for the first time in Chennai, India.
