My Coke Rewards

Since 2008 when The Marketing Store redesigned MyCokeRewards, member engagement has increased every year. We’ve eclipsed 20 million members in the program. Members regularly enter over 30 million codes per month. Not only did we help redesign Coca-Cola’s reward strategy, we also drove down program costs and created “hero events” to keep members engaged. We’ve won W3, Reggie, and Colloquy Loyalty Awards in the process. And we’ve made our member’s lives a little more fun every time they drink a Coca-Cola product.
